Constitution
Following the recent Sk8scotland AGM held in Inverness Ice Centre on 23rd August 2008, all proposals to alter the Constitution were passed unanimously. The Constitution has now been updated to reflect these changes and can be downloaded by clicking on the document below. The majority of the changes were implemented to allow the Association to take advantage of new provisions in the Companies Act 2006, which permits the use of electronic communications (e-mail/website) to become the primary communication vehicle for all official announcements. The full minutes of the 2008 AGM will be posted here in the near future.
