Skaters this year from all over the UK attended and it is anticipated that many will join them from abroad next year following a great deal of interest from various countries.

With excellent organisation from the Dundee Club and assistance from the Aberdeen Club and Sk8scotland board directors, the event ran very smoothly and saw some great skating.

The Directors and organisers would like to extend their thanks to the management and staff of Aberdeen Ice Rink for all their support and help throughout the event.

The Sk8scotland Board hope that The Scottish Cup will become a major annual UK figure event and planning for the second Scottish Cup is already underway.

Sk8scotland hope to post details of timing and venue on the website soon.
